I am a fair commentor and grader, though I may not see the game or movie like you, i have my own opinion. My comment may be rated as useless most of the time, but it follows the guidelines ask of. It has constructive criticism as well as my reasons.

True, but some people are very one minded. They can't help but to get pissed when someone has a different opinion (personal experience >.< ) Thank god not everybody is like that.
However, although your comments may be fair to you, they may not be fair to others.
Most of the time, people don't read the guidelines for flagging comments. They just use it to express their unhappiness with a comment.
So, there you have it. Reasons for comments getting flagged.
